Tarte de Natas

Ingredientes:

  • 2 pacotes de natas
  • 6 folhas de gelatina
  • 6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
  • 4 ovos
  • Bolacha Maria ralada q.b.

Preparação:
Bata as natas com o açúcar. Junte as gemas e mexa bem. Demolhe as folhas de gelatina e dissolva-as com um pouco de água quente. Junte à mistura anterior. Bata as claras em castelo e envolva. Forre uma tarteira com bolacha ralada, deite o preparado e polvilhe com mais bolacha. Leve ao frigorífico.
