Mousse de Chocolate

Ingredientes:

  • 200 g de chocolate
  • 125 g de açúcar
  • 6 ovos

Preparação:
Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria. Separe as gemas das claras. Junte o açúcar às gemas e mexa bem. Adicione o chocolate derretido e, por fim, envolva as claras batidas em castelo. Leve ao frigorífico.
