TORTA ENROLADA DE CHOCOLATE (2)

Ingredientes:

  • 100 gr. de açúcar
  • 50 gr. de farinha
  • 50 gr. de maizena
  • 50 gr. de chocolate em pó
  • 300 gr. de natas
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar
  • 3 ovos

Preparação: Bata as gemas com o açúcar. Acrescente a farinha, a maizena e o chocolate e deite esta massa sobre uma folha de alumínio com 1 cm de espessura (a massa). Leve a cozer 10 minutos. Depois de cozida, recheie com as natas e alguma fruta se quiser. Barre com creme de chocolate.

Creme de chocolate

Ingredientes:

  • 60 gr. de natas
  • 60 gr. de chocolate

Preparação: Bata as natas, junte o chocolate e mexa bem.
