Pescada no Forno

 Ingredientes:

2 Postas de Pescada

1 Cebola

2 dentes de Alho

1 Tomate picado

2 folhas de Louro

Orégãos q.b.

1 copo Vinho Branco

Sal q.b.

Pimenta preta q.b.

Preparação  10 min

Tempo de espera 20 min

Cubra o fundo de um tabuleiro de ir ao forno com cebola cortada às meias-luas.

Junte o alho laminado, o tomate picado e as folhas de louro.

Salpique com oregãos e regue com vinho branco.

Coloque as postas de pescada por cima, tempere com sal e pimenta e leve ao forno.
