COBERTURA DE CHOCOLATE

Ingredientes:

  • 1 pau de chocolate
  • 1/2 colher (sopa) de leite
  • Açúcar q.b.

Preparação: Derreta o açúcar com o leite de maneira a obter uma papa grossa. Derreta o chocolate e banho-maria e misture ambas as coisas.

Nota: Se estiver muito grossa e não ficar bem lisa, deite mais uns pingos de leite e antes de terminar, espalhe com uma faca humedecida.
