Biscoito de Amêndoa

 Ingredientes:

125g miolo de amêndoa

2 claras

125g açucar

1 colher de sopa de farinha

1 colher de sopa de canela em pó

Preparação:

Triture a amêndoa junte a farinha, a canela e envolva tudo.

Bata as claras em castelo junte o açucar junte tudo. 

faça as bolinhas com uma colher dispor tudo num tabuleiro, leve ao forno cerca de 20minutos
