Farófias

Ingredientes

  • Claras q.b.
  • Leite q.b.
  • Canela q.b.

Preparação
Bata as claras em castelo bem firme. Ponha ao lume uma caçarola com leite a ferver e bastante doce. Vá pondo com uma colher as claras dentro do leite e deixe cozinhar. Pode deitar o restante leite que sobra por cima das farófias e polvilhar com canela.
