Bolo de maçã

Ingredientes:

  • 250 g de manteiga
  • 250 g de açúcar
  • 250 g de farinha
  • 2 colheres de chá de fermento
  • 2 maçãs
  • 6 ovos

Preparação:

  1. Bata a margarina derretida com o açúcar; junte as gemas e mexa bem.
  2. Incorpore a farinha com fermento.
  3. Bata as claras em castelo.
  4. Descasque as maçãs, corte-as em fatias finas e coloque-as alternadamente sobre a massa na forma.
  5. Leve a cozer.
